Kei Ito

Kei Ito is a leading radiation oncologist in Japan specializing in stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for cervical cancer and bone metastases (including spine and non-spinal bone). He is active in promoting SBRT for spinal metastases through symposiums, educational lectures, and clinical research on the topic. He is also the first author of more than 15 articles published in international journals, has planned and managed a total of six clinical trials, and has published the results of five trials (including those submitted).

Tomoki Nishida

I was born in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan in 1983 and graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Kyoto University in 2007. I obtained my medical degree in 2007.

My residency was at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital in Kamakura, Japan, and completed my training with fellowships at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital in general surgery in 2012.

Then I received my training for general thoracic surgery at Department of Thoracic Surgery, Japanese Red Cross Wakayama Medical Center, Wakayama, Japan for three years, and for bronchoscopy at Department of Endoscopy, Respiratory Endoscopy Division, National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo, Japan for six months.

I have nine years’ experience in general thoracic surgery, with special interest in operation for primary lung cancer and pulmonary intervention. Currently I have a role in educating young residents. Apart from that, I am interested in the medical care in remote rural areas.

I am a member of the Japan Surgical Society, the Japanese Association for Chest Surgery, the Japan Society for Respiratory Endoscopy, the Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery, and the Japan Lung Cancer Society.

Dr. Maurizio Micheli

Dr. Maurizio Micheli graduated in “Agricultural Sciences” in 1988 and has taken a Doctorate in “Productivity of cultivated plants” in 2002 at the University of Perugia (Italy). Currently, he is a Researcher and Adjunct Professor at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences (DSA3). He is an expert in biotechnology and in vitro plant cultures but also deals with fruits cultivation and management of ornamental trees. He is the author of over 150 published papers on in vitro techniques, micropropagation, encapsulation and synthetic seed, urban forestry and tree biomechanics in different national and international scientific journals. He is involved in several research projects and scientific collaborations. Currently, he is Responsible for the Laboratory of Micropropagation and in vitro Biotechnologies of DSA3 and a lecturer in “Biotechnologies applied to the nursery activity”, “In vitro cultures” and “Principles for sustainable planning in modern tree cities” at the University of Perugia. He is also supervisor of almost 100 experimental thesis and member of scientific academies and societies.

Dr Lalrinkimi Pachuau

Dr Lalrinkimi Pachuau is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Central Campus, Govt.J. Thankima College, Brigade, Aizawl, Mizoram (India). She had earlier worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Govt. Champhai College, Mizoram. She has a Master’s degree in Economics, Masters in Education, B.Ed., a Ph. D degree in Transport Economics, with specialization In Transport Economics & Quantitative Techniques. She has also cleared the National Eligibility Test. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marwan Azzubaidi

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marwan Azzubaidi is a medical doctor with Ph.D. in Medical Sciences (Clinical Pharmacology) from Malaysia. Currently, Dr. Marwan is the Head of Pharmacology Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. In addition to neuropharmacology, the main area of his research studies and interest, Dr. Marwan’s attention in research was directed towards discovering new agents for the treatment of hypertension and hematological disorders that are common in southeast Asia. Dr. Marwan is also an Associate Editor in the Asian Journal of Medicine and Biomedicine since 2018. During the last few years, he was invited as a keynote speaker, panelist in Medical workshops, Medical journal reviewer, and as a scientific committee member for organizing several medical events, conferences, and symposiums, discussing and cultivating the role of clinical Pharmacology in the contemporary era of Medical Sciences. His efforts in teaching pharmacology to undergraduate and postgraduate students were crowned by his winning the Best Teacher (Lecturer) award among Science-based faculty members in 2015.

Dr. Shamal Vinesh Ramesar

Dr. Shamal Vinesh Ramesar holds various academic degrees which includes a Bachelor of Medical Science degree with honors, a Master’s degree in Medicine and a PhD in Physiology. During his studies, he was inducted into the Golden Key International Honors Society for academic excellence. He is well published in the fields of hypertension, pre-eclampsia, phytotherapy and infection prevention. He has presented his research findings at various local and international conferences. He served as an academic at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and then later the University of Johannesburg where he lectured Physiology and Anatomy and held various research roles and research grants. Post academia, he explored corporate interests where he joined 3M Healthcare as their Scientific Affairs Manager for the Infection Prevention Division. He later added on to this role as their National Sales Manager. During his tenure at 3M, he served as Chairman: CSSD Forums of South Africa- Gauteng Chapter, Chairman: 3M Technical Forum (South Africa) and Acting Chairman: IAHCSMM- South Africa. He currently holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at Augustine Medical (South Africa) and serves as the National Chairman for Mediation in Motion Mediators (NPO).

Dr. Amol Padegaonkar

Dr. Amol Padegaonkar was interested in the field of surgery since childhood and it was his dream since then. This led him to select biology stream and joined Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur for pursuing MBBS. During MBBS, he decided to opt for surgery for post-graduation and did his post-graduation in General Surgery from Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College College, Raipur. During post-graduation, he started developing special interest in oncology and later he pursued his career in this speciality. He did his DNB Surgical Oncology from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute, Mumbai. He had cleared all steps of National Board of Examinations from DNB Super speciality entrance to exit in 1st attempt. He also completed his Super speciality sub specialization (fellowship in Head and Neck oncology) from HCG Cancer Centre, Ahmedabad.

At present, he is practicing Consultant in the Department of Surgical Oncology at Apollo Hospitals, Bilaspur since 2019. His practice focuses on solid tumour management and works in conjunction with Medical and Radiation Oncologists for better management of cancer patients. He currently has 8 publications in various journals and many papers under review process. He has presented many papers and videos in various conferences.

Dr. Amol is particularly known for his patience, dedication and attention to minute details of each individual case. He has particular interest in breast cancer where he focuses on performing breast conservation surgery in as many patients as possible. During residency days, he has seen many female patients developing lymphedema of arm because of radical axillary lymph node dissection procedure. This made him develop interest in performing sentinel lymph node biopsy and has credit of performing highest number of this procedure in the state of Chhattisgarh. His another area of interest is head and neck malignancies with special focus on cosmetic and functional reconstruction. He hopes to continue to use advanced medical and surgical skills in order to deliver best of services in the field of surgical oncology. His chief ambition is to improve patient outcomes and motivate the next generation of surgeons with state of art work.

Currently she is also pursuing her PhD degree in Community Medicine.
Her teaching experience of medical students ( undergraduates as well as postgraduates) is of more than 7 years in career spanning over 2 decades.

Jeykishan Kumar K (Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of technology (NIT), Trichy, India and M.Tech. in Energy Studies from Indian Institute of technology (IIT), New Delhi, India, in 2013 and 2016 respectively. In 2016, he joined the Central Power Research Institute, Bengaluru, India, as an Engineering Officer in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Division. He received Young Scientist Award for Contribution and Honorable Achievement in Innovative Research in International Research Awards on Science, Health and Engineering (SHEN) Research Awards 2020 on 3^rd July 2020. His research interests include LED’s and their photobiological hazards, solar PV modules, solar grid tie and standalone inverters, grid integration of renewables, electric vehicle supply equipment and Electric vehicle charging infrastructure. As on June 2021, he has authored and co-authored 17 internationally reputed journal and conference papers in these areas in the past 3 years. Mr. Jeykishan Kumar K is a Regular Reviewer for the several IEEE, IET, Springer, other journals and conferences.

He has carried out a research project on day ahead solar forecasting for moderate climatic zones as a co-project investigator during 2016-2020 and a project on establishing the state of the art, unique and India’s largest test facility for grid tied inverter testing up to 500 kW capacity. He is also involved in the establishment of test facilities in CPRI, Bengaluru campus for energy efficient motor testing, LED testing across 4 different places in India and solar photovoltaic module testing.

I’m Interested in General surgery and I want to make it much more interesting by innovating new techniques and procedures in both open and laparoscopic surgeries so that it helps the future Generations to continue as a General surgeon than taking super speciality as a career option.

I’m passionate in teaching the ug and pg students and actively involve in all the teaching activities and I like to update myself.

Dr Harsh Bhomaj completed his Post graduation in General surgery from Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences , Bhubaneswar Odisha with a Gold Medal in Surgery in 2021. Before that he completed his MBBS from Krishna Institute of medical Sciences , Karad MH in 2017 . He hails from a small town in the south of maharashtra named Miraj .
During the post graduation years he has won 1st prize at a national conference for presentation of the same topic , which was subsequently published in an International journal and was well appreciated!
Besides this he has conducted many seminars presentations throughout his PG years , participated at various national and state level conference and won prize for oral case presentation at State level competion!

I am P J Saurav s/o P V Jayaprakash currently residing at Chennai, INDIA and intend to pursue my Master’s in fine arts with specialization in Photography which is my interest. I live with my Dad and elder brother who are IT security professionals. Am self-motivated to study and research on Photography as is my passion. Completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2021 from Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC), Chennai. Final semester results are expected shortly. I completed my Higher secondary schooling at The PSBB Millennium School in 2015, followed by Senior secondary schooling at M.K.M. Matriculation Hr. Sec. School in 2017, both from Chennai-INDIA. During my college days apart from being oriented and focused on Computer Science Engineering, I was also a content creator with filming, editing, and owning a YouTube channel as a hobby which was the first step for everything. After my graduation I have decided to be more creative and develop interest towards wildlife photography which was unique. Research Work:
Weather is the most critical for human in many aspects of life. The study and knowledge of how weather Temperature evolves over time in some location or country in the world can be beneficial for several purposes. Processing, Collecting and storing of huge amounts of weather data is necessary for accurate prediction of weather. Meteorological departments use different types of sensors such as temperature, humidity etc. to get the data. The sensors volume and velocity of data in each of the sensor make the data processing time consuming and complex. This project aims to build analytical Big Data prediction framework for weather temperature based on MapReduce algorithm. Information Mining Package, can perform administered grouping methodology on immense measures of information, normally alluded as large information, on a conveyed framework utilizing Hadoop MapReduce. The Framework has arrangement calculations actualized, taken from Support Vector Machines (SVM). Dr.Pradeep Kumar Krishnan is a senior grade faculty, department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Dr. Deepak Ghuliani, a Gold medallist in M.B.B.S completed his Masters in Surgery (M.S) from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, & associated Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi. He obtained Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery(FMAS) from World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons at Laparoscopy Hospital, New Delhi in December 2007 after completing his senior residency. In August 2008, he joined prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College as Assistant Professor in Department of Surgery. Since then he has been continuing to work there and presently is working as Professor and Unit head in Department Surgery at the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.
Working as a Professor of Surgery, has experience in all types of open and laparoscopic , elective and emergency surgeries including trauma and oncology with a special interest in Endocrine Surgery. Besides clinical work, He has a keen interest in academics and research also. He has been actively conducting teaching of both undergraduates and postgraduates in Surgery and has supervised completion of several thesis in Surgery. I was born in a small village near Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. I completed my primary education in the local village school and went to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Paprola to complete my high school education. I completed my MBBS from Indira Gandhi Medical College Shimla in 2005. I joined the Health and Family Welfare Department in December 2007 and served as a medical officer in hard/difficult area of District Mandi in HP. After serving for two and a half years at a primary health center there, I joined IGMC Shimla in 2010 and worked as a junior resident in Departments of Physiology, Urology and Pulmonary Medicine at IGMC Shimla. I joined MS (Gen. Surgery) at DRPGMC Tanda (Kangra) in July 2011. After finishing my MS degree I served the state as a General Surgeon at ZH Dharamshala, from August 2014 to November 2016. In November 2016, I joined back as a senior resident in the Department of General Surgery at DRPGMC Tanda, and completed it successfully in November 2019. I have served as a surgical specialist at Civil Hospital, Nagrota Bagwan and was posted as a MO, Surgical specialist in Deptt of Surgery at DRPGMC Tanda w.e.f 17/02/2021. I have been involved in teaching the undergraduate students from 2011 onwards and teaching the post graduate students from 2016 onwards. I am serving as an Assistant Professor in Department of Surgery at PtJLNGMC Chamba since April 2021. In the last 07 years I have authored and published more than 60 international papers , attended nearly 30 CMEs & conferences . I have presented papers and posters at the regional and national conferences. I have been a reviewer for international journals like Springer Nature’s Comprehensive Clinical Medicine, Asian journal of research and reports in Gastroenterology and International journal of Pathogen Research. Dr.Mohamad Safwan completed his MBBS from Indira Gandhi medical college and research institute (Govt. of Puducherry), and currently, he is doing his 3rd-year post-graduate residency in the department of general surgery at Kerala institute of medical sciences, Thiruvananthapuram. He is an enthusiastic student during his residency. He authored a book chapter on “A rare extensive calciphylaxis due to primary hyperparathyroidism” in an international book named ‘New Frontiers in Medicine and Medical Research’. He has published more than 10 papers in various international peer-reviewed journal and he also presented a paper at the annual conference of the association of surgeons of India during his residency. Bernadetta Kwintiana Ane is a researcher at Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at University of Stuttgart, Germany. She is also a professor in Computer Application as granted by BSAR Crescent Institute of Science and Technology and Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences. She is working in various domains with main interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) using supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning with keen interest in neuroevolution for application in engineering and virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR), as well as bioinformatics for cancer research. Her prior experiences include the IEEE Distinguished Visitors Program (DVP) expert in Cyber-Physical Systems, Top International Researcher of Baden-Wuerttemberg Foundation in Germany, postdoctoral researcher of The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, as well as researcher of Monbukagakusho in Japan. She is member of The IEEE Computer Society, The IEEE Consultant Network USA, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, as well as Monbukagakusho Alumni and The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA/AOTS) in Japan. Currently, she serves as a mentor in ‘Gerakan PANDAI’ – National Program on Computational Thinking organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. Dr. Jigyasa Sahu is a young Cornea-Refractive surgeon currently working as Senior Resident at the prestigious Guru Nanak Eye Center, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. India. She had her graduation from VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, Newdelhi, and postgraduation (Masters of Surgery, Ophthalmology) from PGIMSR-ESI hospital, Newdelhi. Thereafter, she pursued an anterior segment and glaucoma fellowship at Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, New Delhi. She also served as assistant editor, DOS Times, and is a part of the reviewer and editorial board of international ophthalmology journals. Dr. Chris Antony is an ardent researcher in the field of Ayurveda especially Ayurvedic Pediatrics. She graduated in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala in 2009 and completed her postgraduation in Kaumarabhritya from Government Ayurveda College Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala in 2014. She is presently undergoing training in Clinical Research Methods from Indian Institute of Public Health, New Delhi. She is also the winner of All India Ayurvedic Essay Competition-2008-Vaidyaratnam PS Varier Prize- for essay on Udavarttam Second place, Ashtavaidyan Padmasri ET Neelakandhan Mooss Award for Best Thesis Presentation at Junior level on the topic “Importance of Moordhatailas in the Present Era” 2007 and Vaidyabhooshana Puraskaram 2007-Vaidyabhooshanam K Raghavan Thirumulppad Foundation for Ayurvedic studies. She has more than 3 years of Research experience in the Central Council of Ayurvedic Sciences, the apex body for Research in Ayurveda in India. She has worked as Principal Investigator and Co-investigator on various projects undertaken by CCRAS especially in Type II Diabetes, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, Sub-clinical Hypothyroidism, CoViD-19, Bronchial Asthma and Iron Deficiency Anemia.

I am Dr.S. Rajalakshmi Baskaran, born in the year 1975,26th November at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. Completed schooling and up to college, achieved gold medal in my graduation (BZC)in Botany subject from the same native place. After that joined B.Sc. Nursing in the year 1996 at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupathi. Soon after completion worked as staff nurse for 6 months at the same institute and later placed as nursing tutor at Apollo School of nursing and within a short time promoted as assistant lecturer to Apollo College of Nursing, Hyderabad and worked till 2003.
In 2003 joined in M. Sc. Nursing Program me at Rani Meyyammai College of Nursing, Annamalai University, Chidambaram with Obstetrics and Gynecology nursing as a specialized area. After my PG completion Joined as Assistant Professor at upgraded up to vice-principal and Principal I/C at Dayananda Sagar College of Nursing, Bangalore.
In the year 2010 joined at Reader at Sri Manakula Vinayagar College of Nursing, Puducherry which is the home town of my Husband Mr. S, Baskaran. Excel professional excellence by taking active role in both academic and administrative work along with the organizational protocol and involved actively in the research activity done by our PG students.
Has been a certified counselling specialist of Breast Feeding after undergoing successful training programme conducted by Breast Feeding Promotion Network India (BPNI).

I’m a Btech student in HMRITM, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I’ve completed my intermediate from DAV Public School. I was born and brought up in Haryana and have always been the curious minded person of the family. I like to explore new things and develop interest in new things. I know how to tackle problems and that is my strength too. Research has fascinated me and that is the reason that I started to contribute to it. I always grab the opportunities around me and embrace my flaws too in order to improve for the greater good. I also try to observe my surroundings closely which will help me in the future to make amendments or at least provide my valuable suggestions to the ones who are in power of getting it done. I’m into my 6th semester of my graduation and another achievement for me throughout my graduation so far is that I stood first every time. I have always worked hard to achieve the things that I desire for because I know what success feels like. Not only academics, I’ve also excelled in the field of extracurricular activities. I do take part in the activities like poster making, GD, debates that are organised in my college. I also have contributed to a few projects that include an Advanced Scientific Calculator and a Steganography project too. Dr. Bhagwat Saran Asati started service as a Lecturer (Horticulture) at Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Grampodaya Vishwavidyalaya, Chitrakoot (Satna) MP from 23rd August, 2007 to 08th April, 2008. Then he got selected as Scientist/ Assistant Professor (Horticulture) in Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Raipur from 08 April, 2008. Now he is working as Assistant Professor/Scientist (Vegetable Science) in College of Agriculture & Research Station, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Chhuikhadan, Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh).
He taught graduate & post graduate courses & guided M.Sc. students. He has also engaged as course teacher of UG and PG courses in Horticulture subject. He is associated in more than 25 projects (ICAR, IGKV, State Govt, Central Govt, NABARD, Jila Panchayat etc) as member, Co-PI and PI for conducting research, training and extension activities under horticultural crops. During academic period, he has attended and presented many papers in National and International seminars (Philippines and South Africa). Dr Asati also published many research papers (48), popular articles (65), leaflets/folder (25), books (05), practical manuals (06), extension bulletins (15). He is also life and annual member of many magazines/Journals.
Over the past eight years, Dr Asati has been doing excellent research in drumstick and collected the highest 240 types of germplasm from various places of India. This is the largest collection in India. An innovative approach, he started Moringa Day on 18/08/2017 to create awareness about munaga cultivation and its value addition. He has developed many Moringa villages like Nathunagaon, Nawagaon, Bharregaon, Dhamansara in Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh state to promote drumstick cultivation. He has also developed many nutri rich various biofortified products of moringa i.e. (moringa tea, ready to cook moringa pulao, moringa cookies, moringa bread, moringa toast, read to eat moringa poha, moringa capsules, Moringa chocolate, moringa muffin, moringa tablets, moringa soup, moringa drink, moringa capsule etc., which will be helpful to solve malnutrition problems of weaker sections.
Under his guidance many farmers of the state were awarded as Progressive Farmers by IARI, New Delhi, Chhattisgarh Government and Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur. He has also got appreciation and award from different Institution as: Best oral and poster presentation, Bhumi Nirman Award-2000, Young Scientist Award-2008, Young Scientist Associate Award-2010, Outstanding Scientist Award-2016 and Scientist of the Year-2019.

I was born in a village sujanpura on 12/07/1985. Grew up in a middle class family and done my study in goverent school near jaipur. My family was not so strong economically but my father taught me with difficulty and i passed pre medical test in three attempts. Then i got MBBS seat from JLNMC AJMER. Then i joined medical service in government sector and continued my studies for postgraduation preparation. I got selected as M.S. GENERAL SURGEON in 2017 and completed my post graduation M.S. general surgery in 2020 from DR SNMC JODHPUR. i did my research under my guide Dr SS Rathore sir and he gave me knowledge related to surgery and also taught me how to deal with all the situations in medical practice. Dr. Megha S, daughter of Mr. C K Sivan Pillai and Mrs. Ambujam Sivan, Sasthanilayam (H), Aluva, Ernakulam, is a renowned classical dancer, comparativist and yoga therapist. She is an exponent in the field of Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam and Yoga. She is the founder and Director of Poorna School of Dance and Yoga at Aluva. She is a noted disciple of famous Bharatanatya Acharya Sri P.G Janardhanan Vadanappally.

She is the first one in India who took MPhil (2008) and PhD (2015) after studying dance as a core subject from higher secondary level. She got 1st Rank in Pre Degree in Dance (2001), 2nd Rank in BA Bharatanatyam Core (2004) from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. She was the first batch student to secure a Master’s degree in Bharatanatyam from the same University in 2006. She has done her MPhil integrated PhD in Performing arts- Dance, from Centre for Comparative Literature, SSUS Kalady under the supervision of Prof. Dr. P.C Muraleemadhavan and she is the first PhD holder in the Centre. Megha has done her MPhil thesis in “Eco-Aesthetic Awareness in Bharatanatyam”. Her PhD entitle “The System of Charis in Mohiniyattam” in which Megha quote from more than 25 Sanskrit treatises on dance to describe the Margi-Desi styles of Charis (movements of legs) and points out those styles are reflected in various dance forms in India. Development of fine grain rice NDLR 7 ( Nandyal sona ) for replacing BPT 5204
(Samba Mashoori) and releasing during 2016 which is notified in 2018 (399 E on 24.1.2018).
and now it has became popular and replaced 95 % area of BPT 5204.
 Salient features of the variety : variety is suitable to both seasons due to medium duration ( K: 140 days, R : 135 days) than BPT 5204 (150 days), BPH and blast tolerant, grain type, taste, cooking and keeping quality are similar to that of BPT 5204 and rice can be cooked immediately after harvest. This variety rice cannot be mixed with other varieties rice. Hence farmers of scarce rainfall zone( Kurnool, Ananthapuram), Kadapa, Guntur, Prakasham districts of Andhra Pradesh, parts of Telangana, parts of Karnataka and parts of Tamilnadu states are prefering this variety than BPT 5204.
 NDLR 7 has high market price for the raw paddy Rs.300 more per bag of 75 kg and @Rs.400 more per bag of 100 kg grain (milled rice) than BPT 5204.Under organic cultivation the milled rice of NDLR 7 was sold @ Rs 3500 for 50 kg bag.

followed by distilled water (54.7 %) in 1:1 ratio for 6 hrs recorded significantly higher

Dr.Lalitha Indrani Malwenna

Dr.Lalitha Indrani Malwenna (MBBS [Sri Lanka], MSc and MD in Community Medicine) is a specialist in Public Health, currently working as the Deputy Director Training, National Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS), Kalutara, Sri Lanka. NIHS is the premier Public Health Training Institute established in 1926 as the first Public Health Training Institute in South East Asia.
Dr. Malwenna graduated in MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1996. She obtained MSc and MD in Community Medicine from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2001 and 2010 respectively. Dr.Indrani Malwenna completed the third phase of MD Community Medicine in the La – Trobe University, Victoria, Australia in 2013. She is with 24 years experience in the field of Public Health as a Medical officer of Health, as a Consultant Community Physician in the Ministry of Health and as a registrar in the department of Public Health, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Kalaniya, Sri Lanka. She contributes to the development of the field of Public Health through training of Public Health work force nationally and internationally. As the Deputy Director Training, she bears the sole responsibility of ensuring the highest quality of all the trainees of the National Institute of Health Sciences to provide island wide public health service.
Dr.Indrani Malwenna prefers the fields of epidemiology and reproductive health with special attention to maternal care, infant and child care and Family planning. She has immensely contributed to research in the field of reproductive health by conducting and being the principal investigator in many researches with National and international publications. Apart from being a researcher, she is the author of eight books published nationally and internationally related to the field of Public Health.

Dr. Rajeshwari Hegde completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, Master of Engineering in Electronics from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and PhD from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore. Currently, she is working as a professor in the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. She served as Head of the Department during 2016-2019.

Ahaan Chhatwal

Ahaan Chhatwal is a Grade 11 student at Jamnabai Narsee International School, Mumbai. He achieved a perfect score of 56/56 in his IB MYP Grade 10 assessments, placing him amongst the top 0.02% of MYP candidates globally. He has shown keen involvement in current affairs and global issues through his workshop “Citizens of Tomorrow”, interacting with pre-teens to facilitate learning. This paper is the first of his two collaborative research projects of 2020, exploring interstate migration in India. His second research work is an article on Indian Education during COVID-19 published by Institute H21, wherein he employed the Janeček Voting Method to obtain data and draw conclusions. Previously in the summer of 2019, he attended the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Program on International Relations: the ethics of war. During his 3 weeks at Stanford University, he developed a research paper on the ethical choices that prevented the Cuban Missile Crisis from escalating.

Ahaan has taken on the role of a social entrepreneur as the “CEO4Good” of the AIME Education Program, leading the Mumbai Chapter of AIME’s Global Crowdfunding Campaign. Over a period of 150 days, he has lead his team to raise a total of around Rs 5 lakh to directly support AIME in ending educational inequality in the school communities where it’s involved. To further support marginalised children in their education, he has carried out a collection drive for spare laptops and tablets over 3 consecutive years. Ahaan has contributed to the renovation project of painting and paving the Samarth Krupa Vidhyadhaam Old Age Home in Alibaug to support the senior citizens of the faculty.

Ahaan is also a national level sprinter for the 200m and 400m, and is passionate to take forward his journey on the track alongside his academics.

Jui Keskar

Jui Keskar is a passionate problem-solver and inventor of JTremor3D, a patent-pending wearable tremor profiling device for patients with Parkinson’s Disease. She is recipient of several prestigious awards including two national awards, namely, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Ignited Mind Children Innovation and Creativity Award 2020, and Grand Award winner at IRIS National Fair 2020-21 (from Broadcom, Dept of Science and Tech, IRIS). She, along with the other winners, will represent India at the International Science and Engineering Fair, USA. She also received INSPIRE MANAK award (the flagship award from Dept Science and Tech) at the district level. Her innovation has been included in the United Nations Development Programme’s Grass Root Innovation Database (GRID). As part of the invention, she has also devised JTremor Index, an objective way to represent tremor profile of a Parkinson’s patient.

Earlier, Jui was also involved in a study to understand impact of Covid-19 lockdown on mental well-being of professionals, where some non-obvious insights were derived. She co-authored a research paper on the same, which got published in a peer-reviewed journal. As part of this study, she came up with JMI, an index to quantify mental well-being of a professional.

Jui’s technical interests include application of Science, Maths and Technology for societal well-being. She also loves dress styling and DIY. She is a student of 1Xth standard at The Orchid School, Pune.

Mugdha Keskar is a final-year student pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honours) at MIT World Peace University, Pune, India. Her areas of interest include Cognitive Neurosciences, Cognitive Sciences and Mental Disorders. Her current research work involves study of mental anxiety of patients with Parkinson’s Disease. Earlier, she had also conducted a study to understand the impact of COVID-19 lockdown on the mental well-being of professionals. She came up with some non-obvious insights and the research paper that she co-authored got published in a peer-reviewed journal. As part of this study, she also came up with a new framework, called JUMA framework, to conduct any study / survey involving impact of COVID-19 lockdown on humans.
Apart from this, Mugdha has been actively involved in bringing Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) and Psychology together. She was involved in training a BERT-based model using Myer-Briggs Personality Type Indicators (MBTI) to come with a system that can predict the personality type of authors given their social media posts.
Mugdha plans to pursue her interests in Cognitive Neuroscience through her higher studies.

Dr. R. Sivaraman

Dr. R. Sivaraman, working as Associate Professor at D.G. Vaishnav College, Chennai has twenty two years of teaching experience. He has been conferred with National Award for Popularizing mathematics among masses in 2016 by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He was also conferred with the prestigious Indian National Science Academy Teaching award for the year 2018. He has also received two State Government Best Science Book Awards in 2011 and 2012. For his contributions to mathematics, he has won more than fifty prestigious awards so far. He has provided more than
300 lectures conveying the beauty, importance and applications of Mathematics. He has published more than 70 research papers in mathematics. He was member of Editorial Board for more than ten journals in mathematics.

I have done my under-graduation from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, India and post-graduation (MS and DNB) in Surgery at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai under Dr. V. N. Shrikhande, a pioneer Gastrointestinal Surgeon. I have my super specialization DNB (Gastrointestinal Surgery) and also pursued FNB (Minimal Access Surgery), a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in under Dr. C. Palanivelu, a world-renowned Gastrointestinal and laparoscopic surgeon. I have about 20 years teaching and research experience in the field of. I have also pursued MRCSEd (UK) from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and FACS from American College of Surgeons, Chicago, USA. I am a keen researcher and have 64 international articles published in indexed journals with 29 innovations well recognized by peers. Also, I have published 3 international books (German) pertaining to Minimal Access Gastrointestinal Surgery about tips and tricks for learning laparoscopic surgery. I am Associate Editor for about 20 international journals and Reviewer for about 60 journals. I have about 696 citations for my articles. I am a recognized post-graduate teacher for Masters in General Surgery and an examiner for undergraduates and postgraduates MS and DNB General Surgery. I am heading Gastrointestinal services of our institute. Till now, I have performed about 7000 major laparoscopic surgeries, 3000 colonoscopies and about 1000 esophago-gastro-duodenoscopies. I have a special interest in developing Natural orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery and have recently invented a modification of vaginal access and it has been published in Tropical Doctor as an original article (a PubMed indexed journal). I am also interested in developing Robotic surgery for the gastrointestinal tract. We plan to start a FNB (Minimal Access Surgery) at our institute. Presently, I am working as a Senior Professor of Surgery, Gastrointestinal & Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, India.

Prof. S.C.Parija was born in 23rd May 1964 in the temple city of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He completed primary education from Govt primary School and Higher secondary education from Govt Boys’ High school, Unit I, Bhubaneswar in 1980. He was awarded with B.V.Sc & AH degree from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar in the year 1987, Masters degree in Veterinary Pharmacology &Toxicology in the year 1990 from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, ICAR Deemed University. On Dt.23.03.1990 he started his carrier as Assistant Professor at OUAT, Bhubaneswar. He was awarded with Ph.D. degree in 1998 from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, ICAR Deemed University. In addition to his first class carrier throughout he was a recipient of National Scholarship for undergraduate studies, ICAR Junior Research Fellowship for Master degree and Senior Research Fellowship from ICAR & CSIR for Ph.D. Studies. In 2001, he was honoured with the prestigious Wellcome Trust Travelling Research Fellowship with a grant of £185,000 from United Kingdom to persue his post-doctoral research on the project entitled “Promiscuity of receptor-transduction coupling: Cardiac adenosine A1 receptor:” at Cardiff University, Wales ,United Kingdom for 2 years. Again in 2003 awarded with Welcome Trust Senior Research Fellowship for another grant of £185,000 to continue with this project. He was selected as Assistant Professor in 1990, Associate professor in 1999 and Professor in 2007 in Department of pharmacology & Toxicology. He has guided 33 Masters and 12 Ph.D. students in his field of research, undertaken 5 research projects, published research in 40 international and 50 national journals, written 3 laboratory manuals and 2 book chapters. Received 28 different prestigious honorary awards and four honorary fellow from different national and international scientific societies. He has been a life Member of 13 scientific societies and social organizations.
