PROCESS AND STEPS INVOLVED IN IT:

There are two types of procedures involved in the process that is 1) Article based selection  2) Self Nomination

STEPS INVOLVED IN ARTICLE-BASED SELECTION
STEPS INVOLVED IN SELF NOMINATION
Step – 1: The authors of the selected article will be notified through a selection confirmation email.
Step –2: The author(s) should fill out the registration form.
Step – 3: The author(s) should pay the delegate fee as mentioned in the email in due time.
Step – 4: The author(s) should send us the transaction proof of the delegate fee in the email to issnawards@gmail.com
Step – 5: We will send the payment confirmation for delegate fee acknowledgment in an email along with Attendance confirmation forms.
Step – 6: The awardee (author) must fill out the presence (or) absence form at his / her convenience.
Step – 7: If the absence is confirmed by the awardee, an Email update regarding the courier will be provided.
Step – 8: If presence is confirmed by the awardee, Instructions for attending and other essentials will be shared in an email.
Step – 9: Award distribution and Presentation session along with technical discussion will be on the scheduled date of the event.
Step – 10: The winner’s list is updated on our official site and news publicity.

 

Step – 1: The Nominee has to fill out the nomination form with the details as required.
Step- 2: The Nominee has to send his/ her updated resume and scanned copy of the institution’s Identity card through email to issnawards@gmail.com 
Step – 3: Nomination papers will be reviewed in the screening process (preliminary selection)
Step – 4: Acknowledgement intimation will be communicated to the Nominee.
Step – 5: ISSN Team may / may not ask proof for of the credits mentioned in the Curriculum Vitae. 
Step – 6: Cross-verification of the data submitted will be done.
Step – 7: The selected nominees will be communicated via email.
Step – 8: Conference Delegate fee should be done by the nominee on or after receiving our selection confirmation email for the benefits and services provided by us.
Step – 9: The author(s) should send us the transaction proof of the delegate fee in the email to issnawards@gmail.com
Step –10: We will send the payment confirmation for delegate fee acknowledgment in an email along with Attendance confirmation forms.
Step – 11: The awardee (author) must fill out the presence (or) absence form at his / her convenience.
Step – 12: If the absence is confirmed by the awardee, an Email update regarding the courier will be provided.
Step – 13: If presence is confirmed by the awardee, Instructions for attending and other essentials will be shared in an email.
Step – 14: Award distribution and Presentation session along with technical discussion will be on the scheduled date of the event.
Step – 15: Exclusive Webpage for the Award Winner’s Profile will be released and other ads-on services like news releases will be done.
