INTERNATIONAL BEST RESEARCHER AWARD FOR “USE OF HOLOGRAPHIC OPTICAL ELEMENTS IN LITHOGRAPHY”
I received BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and MTech degree in communication systems from the affiliated College of Biju Patnaik University, Odisha, India, in 2016 and 2020, respectively. I am pursuing PhD in Electronics and communication engineering from National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I am interested and working in optical system of lithography by the use of Holographic optical elements(HOEs) to reduce the cost of optical system of photolithography under visible range.
