I am Sarbaree Mishra, a passionate and results-driven project manager and software engineering professional with over nineteen years of experience in the tech industry. My journey began with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology in 2005. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to building, managing, and delivering complex software systems across various domains, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and utilities. Currently, I serve as a Program Manager at Molina Healthcare Inc., where I lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive AI/ML initiatives that enhance clinical operations. My work involves not only ensuring that projects move seamlessly from concept to deployment but also identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies that support successful outcomes. I enjoy being the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. I am also actively involved in creating key project documents, from business requirements to test plans and user training materials, that ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment. Prior to this, I worked with Infosys Limited in several capacities over more than a decade. Most recently, as a Project Manager embedded within the Molina Healthcare landscape, I oversaw critical application support functions, especially for care and utilization management systems. I worked closely with business stakeholders to optimize and enhance business processes and collaborated with infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of internal and cloud-based systems. My leadership focused on mentoring teams and upholding high standards of quality for all deliverables. From 2010 to 2022, I held the role of Technology Lead at Infosys, where I played a hands-on role in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. I led efforts in reviewing functional specs, developing new modules, performing comprehensive testing, and supporting production environments. My work extended to specialized healthcare systems including QNXT, Appeals and Grievances systems, and other in-house applications. I also coordinated user acceptance testing and supported real-time troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production environments—an area where my deep technical knowledge and problem-solving mindset came into play. Before my time at Infosys, I began my career at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer. It was here that I learned the importance of both rigorous technical design and business alignment. I led teams in the development and maintenance of enterprise software and contributed significantly to requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the creation of development runbooks to improve turnaround times and product quality. Throughout my career, I’ve continually upgraded my skills and credentials. I hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and am a Certified ScrumMaster, both of which have sharpened my ability to deliver structured, agile, and impactful project outcomes. I am also a Microsoft Certified Web Developer, which speaks to my strong roots in hands-on programming. Technically, I bring proficiency in a broad range of tools and languages—Microsoft C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript, to name a few. I have worked extensively with both legacy and modern systems, web technologies, configuration and version control tools, and application monitoring environments like AppDynamics and Splunk. What defines me most is my ability to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and deliver with integrity. I’ve worked in multicultural environments, managed distributed teams, and consistently fostered collaboration to meet high-stakes goals. My journey has taught me that the key to great project management isn’t just planning or technical skill—it’s understanding people, staying adaptable, and always striving for impact. As I continue this journey, I’m driven by the desire to innovate, optimize, and create meaningful solutions in the healthcare tech space and beyond.
