My qualifications: MBBS 1995, MS 2008 in ENT from Guwahati Medical College, Assam. I got awarded as the best Postgraduate student. I’ve done hands on training on temporal bone surgery and Functional Endoscopic sinussurgery. I like doing all ENT surgeries including head and neck. I am passionate about teaching my undergraduate and Postgraduate students. I received the S. Kumar Award for best paper presentation at Silchar Medical College in NEBAOI (North east branch of Otolaryngologists of India2003. Presented paper in AOICON Mysore in 2014. Have been invited as guest faculty in regional and national conferences. I was the ex editor of NEBAOI Journal from 2018-2024. I have more than 20 publications in national and International journal. Organized Temporal bone cadeveric dissection and surgical workshop and CME in 2023 at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh and Functional Endoscopic sinus surgery cadeveric and surgical workshop cum CME at Assam Medical College in 2022 I have been in the teaching profession in the Medical Colleges of Assam for over 25 years and it has been an enriching journey for me
