Rituja Kaushal is Professor, Community Medicine in LNMC and RC, LNCTU, Bhopal.
Currently she is also pursuing her PhD degree in Community Medicine.
Her teaching experience of medical students ( undergraduates as well as postgraduates) is of more than 7 years in career spanning over 2 decades.
Other than this she is also constantly working for “Hospital Acquired Infection Control” as an active member of Hospital Infection Control Committee.
In Covid-19 pandemic also, she took several training sessions on various Hospital Infection Control practices.
She worked as Covid 19 Vaccination Centre Incharge when peak of third wave was ongoing in India.
She had also received grant from RNTCP, India for her thesis work on Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis.
She had also done her 1 year certificate course in “Critical Care” in 2004-2005.
She was awarded certificate by Nodal Centre of Medical Council of India, Karamsad for successfully completing her Advanced Course in Medical Education ( May 2020).
She is also an active member of NIRF, NABH and NAAC teams of the institution.
She has done many workshops from reputed institutions like AIIMS, Bhopal,NIREH, ICMR, Bhopal etc.
She has published her research work in many reputed national and international scientific medical journals.
She is also planning to work for uplifting the life of rag pickers and beggars in India.
