International Outstanding Researcher Award – GRAPH THEORY (MATHEMATICS)
I am Revathi R., an emerging researcher who believes deeply in dedication, perseverance, and the strength of hard work. My academic journey began in Thirukkanur, Puducherry, where I completed my schooling at Subramania Bharathi Higher Secondary School. I pursued my higher secondary education (11th and 12th) at Santa Clara Convent Girls Higher Secondary School. Inspired by a strong interest in mathematics, I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Achariya Arts and Science College, followed by a Master’s degree at Idhaya College. These formative years strengthened my passion for higher studies and guided me toward advanced research. Driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to the academic world, I enrolled in the Ph.D. program at St. Peter’s College, Avadi, Chennai. Under the valuable guidance of my supervisor, Dr. Banupriya, I explored complex mathematical structures that shaped the direction of my research. The continuous encouragement from faculty members, the support of my colleagues, and the motivation from my dear friend M. Rekha helped me stay focused throughout the journey. My doctoral path was filled with both challenges and learning. I completed my first year of Ph.D. while carrying my first child, and continued my third year through the pregnancy of my second child. Balancing motherhood and research was incredibly demanding-emotionally, physically, and mentally. I endured many sleepless nights, long hours of study, and countless sacrifices, yet each struggle strengthened my determination. These experiences taught me resilience and deepened my commitment to my academic goals. My first research publication, “Equitable Power Domination Number of Certain Silicate Structure,” represents not only scholarly effort but also personal strength and relentless dedication. Receiving the International Outstanding Researcher Award for this work is a profoundly emotional moment for me. It reminds me that “hard work never fails,” and every challenge faced along the way has shaped this achievement. I am grateful to my father and mother for their constant encouragement; to my husband, whose unwavering support sustained me through every stage of my Ph.D.; and to my brother, whose motivation and belief in my abilities inspired me to stay strong during difficult times. Their support has been a pillar of strength in my academic and personal life. Looking forward, I aspire to continue publishing impactful research, contribute valuable insights to the field of mathematics, and grow as a committed academic professional. This award marks an important milestone on my journey and inspires me to strive for greater accomplishments in the future.
