I am Professor Jessy Thomas, currently serving as the Vice Principal at KIMS College of Nursing, Trivandrum, with over 33 years of experience in nursing education and practice. I hold a B.Sc. Nursing degree from AIIMS and an M.Sc. in Child Health Nursing from Government College of Nursing, Kozhikode, specializing in child health nursing. For the past 15 years, I have been working as a Research Coordinator, guiding and facilitating research activities. I have actively attended, presented, and contributed to numerous workshops, seminars, and conferences, and I am frequently invited as a resource person. My academic contributions include paper presentations, publications in indexed journals, and recognition through best paper presentation awards. I was also honored with the Award for Excellence in Nursing Education at an International Conference in Healthcare. With a strong commitment to teaching , academic contributions, and dedication , I continues to inspire students, researchers, and professionals in the nursing fraternity.
