He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Xoriant Corporation in Silicon Valley, where he leads strategic growth across storage, cloud, and compute portfolios, managing multi-million-dollar revenues and working with leading global technology companies. His work focuses on aligning advanced engineering capabilities with business strategy to help organizations build scalable, resilient, and innovative technology platforms. Over the course of his career, Prashant has held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations including Xoriant, Movate, eInfochips (an Arrow Electronics company), Quest Global, HCL Technologies, Subex, NCR Corporation, and HCL Infosystems. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to grow and transform large enterprise accounts, acquire new clients through consultative selling, and dislodge incumbents by delivering measurable business value. His leadership spans go-to-market strategy, CXO engagement, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, cloud, infrastructure, security, and product development domains. In addition to his industry impact, Prashant has contributed to scholarly research in emerging areas of cloud operations, agentic systems, and AI governance. His published work explores practical frameworks for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, focusing on privacy-preserving architectures, operational resilience, and responsible AI adoption. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and was among the first professionals in India to earn Microsoft certification, also serving in the Microsoft Y2K Command Center for the Asia Pacific region.
