Dr. Krishna G S is a distinguished researcher specializing in Ayurveda medicine, currently serving as a Medical Practitioner in private practice. She earned her Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery degree in 2019 from K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College, Sullia, Karnataka, where she graduated as a Rajiv Gandhi University Rank holder in Research Methodology and Statistics. She further pursued her M.D. in Kayachikitsa from Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College and PG Centre, Thiruvananthapuram completing her clinical research thesis titled “A clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of Abhrakadi Yogam in managing type 2 Diabetes Mellitus” under the guidance of the late Prof. Dr. L. Mahadevan MD(Ayu), PhD. She has made significant contributions to her field with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and numerous presentations of scientific papers at National and International levels. Her research endeavors are dedicated to exploring and expanding the scope of Ayurvedic management, with recent work focusing on the Ayurvedic perspectives on re-emerging human brucellosis from the view of Vishama Jwara (irregular fever). She is committed to advancing Ayurvedic research by addressing critical gaps in knowledge and practice.
