Dr. Jigyasa Sahu is a young Cornea-Refractive surgeon currently working as Senior Resident at the prestigious Guru Nanak Eye Center, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. India. She had her graduation from VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, Newdelhi, and postgraduation (Masters of Surgery, Ophthalmology) from PGIMSR-ESI hospital, Newdelhi. Thereafter, she pursued an anterior segment and glaucoma fellowship at Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, New Delhi. She is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MRCS Ed Ophth) and a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmologists (FICO). She has presented many scientific papers and posters at national conferences. She has authored many ophthalmology articles published in peer-reviewed indexed journals. She also served as assistant editor, DOS Times, and is a part of the reviewer and editorial board of international ophthalmology journals. She is an avid reader and takes a special interest in making learning easy for postgraduate students.
