He possesses extensive expertise in cultural heritage promotion, arts education, physical education, tourism development, research and local government administration. His professional contributions include cultural documentation, indigenous knowledge research, community engagement, youth development and the promotion of cultural identity, particularly among the Hehe and Bena communities of the Iringa Region.
