Dr. Anil Pania Senior Manager (Medical Services) | Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC), Vadodara Dr. Anil Pania is a seasoned medical professional and healthcare management specialist with over 18 years of experience in clinical medicine, occupational health, industrial healthcare, hospital administration, preventive healthcare, and corporate medical services. He currently serves as Senior Manager (Medical Services) at Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC), Vadodara, where he is actively involved in promoting employee health, workplace safety, preventive care, and organizational well-being. A medical graduate of 2004, Dr. Pania holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from SGV University, Jaipur, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Industrial Health (PGCIH), His professional qualifications also include Certifications in Hospital Administration & Management from M.S University, Baroda, Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases & Stroke Prevention from Indian Diabetic Research Foundation, WDF Chennai. He is a Fellow of the Indian Society of Hypertension (FISH), a Fellow of the Diabetes India (FDI), a Fellow of the International Society for Medical food and Nutrition (FISMN) and a Fellow of International academy of clinical and cardiometabolic practice (FIACCP) Dr. Pania has built a diverse professional career through his association with Cairn Energy India Pty Ltd., Barmer, and the Indian Railways, NWR Divisional Hospital, Jodhpur, before taking up his present leadership role at GSFC. His experience across healthcare and industrial environments has given him extensive exposure to occupational medicine, employee healthcare, emergency preparedness, health promotion, and healthcare administration. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Dr. Pania has demonstrated strong leadership and institutional engagement. He serves as Vice President of the GSFC Cricket Academy and Officer’s Club also having the responsibility of General Sports Association’s Joint Secretary. He is also a Member of the POSH Committee and Safety Apex Committee, contributing to workplace safety, employee welfare, governance, and a positive organizational culture. Committed to continuous professional development, Dr. Pania has actively participated in leading medical conferences and professional forums, including APICON, METACON, CARDICON, CARDIABCON, BPCON, OCCUCON, and META-MEDICON.
