Podar Ayurvedic Medical College, Mumbai, and further pursued her post-graduation (MD) in Prasuti Tantra and Stri Roga (Ayurvedic Obstetrics and Gynaecology) from the same institution. Her academic excellence was recognized at the university level when she emerged as a University Topper and Gold Medalist of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS). Dr. Aarthi Nadar has a strong clinical passion for Ayurvedic management of infertility, especially in challenging cases where IUI and IVF have failed. Through a holistic and individualized Ayurvedic approach, she has successfully treated numerous cases of infertility and complex gynecological disorders, including PCOD, adenomyosis, endometriosis, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), amenorrhea, fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial and cervical polyps, cystocele, and rectocele. Her deep love for Ayurveda extends beyond clinical practice into research and academics, with active involvement in research work, particularly in areas such as cervical cancer and women’s reproductive health. Alongside medicine, Dr. Aarthi Nadar is a trained and well-versed Bharatanatyam dancer. She beautifully integrates the principles and concepts of Bharatanatyam into Garbhasanskar practices during antenatal care, aiming to promote mental well-being, positive pregnancy experience, and normal vaginal delivery. With a unique blend of classical wisdom, modern clinical insight, research orientation, and artistic expression, Dr. Aarthi Nadar continues to dedicate her work to advancing women’s health through authentic and compassionate Ayurvedic care.
