Dr Astha Mathur is passionate about wildlife education, environmental sustainability, and fostering scientific curiosity among young learners. She holds a Ph.D. in Zoology from University of Rajasthan, specializing in Environmental toxicology. She served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology at Kanoria PG Girls college (affiliated to University of Rajasthan). She has more than 3 years of teaching and research experience. Her research interests include heavy metal toxicity and drug therapeutics with a broad interest in the discovery of new innovative drugs. She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented her research work at various scientific conferences and seminars. In addition to teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, Dr. Mathur actively guides students in research projects and promotes inquiry-based learning in zoological sciences. She is a member of several professional bodies such as The Zoological Society of India & Society for Conservation Biology. Dr. Mathur is passionate about wildlife education, environmental sustainability, and fostering scientific curiosity among young learners. Her commitment to academic excellence and innovative teaching methods continues to inspire students and contribute to the advancement of zoological research.
