Before joining Optum, I worked at Solware IT Technologies, where I held a similar role focused on end-to-end data pipeline development and support. I handled critical tasks such as ETL migrations, developing reconciliation reports, managing database backups, and resolving performance bottlenecks. I played a key role in transforming SSIS package architecture and improving database availability through high availability strategies like replication and log shipping. Earlier in my career, I served as a Software Engineer at BNS International Inc., where I worked on the CSS Conversion Project, handling SSIS development, legacy data migration, and SSRS reporting. I collaborated across regions to deliver production-ready solutions and maintained SSIS packages involving complex transformations and control flow components. This role taught me the importance of balancing speed with stability and how to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. My professional foundation was built during my tenure at Virtuein IT Inc., where I administered SQL Server environments for one of the largest data center migration projects in the world. I gained critical experience in system analysis, backup strategies, security management, and compliance enforcement. This period helped me master SQL Server technologies and set the groundwork for my expertise in high-availability setups and production support. Over the years, I’ve cultivated strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Powershell, and performance tuning.
