” He was born at Dandbose, a village in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. India. I graduated in science from Ravenshaw Autonomous College, Cuttack (now a University), Odisha, India. He accomplished his master’s degree in physics from University of Madras, Chennai, India. Then he joined the Department of Physics at NITRR (National Institute of Technology Raipur), Chhattisgarh, India for pursuing PhD in optoelectronics-a branch of theoretical physics. He opted III nitride semiconductors heterostructures as his field of research and got PhD degree in 2019. During his PhD he got junior research fellowship (JRF) and selected as senior research fellowship (SRF) under the University Grant Commissions of India.
Currently, he is working as an assistant professor of physics in the PG Department of Materials Science at Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanjdeo University, Keonjhar Campus, Odisha, India. He is an expert in Condensed Matter Physics. He has published many research papers in international SCI Scopus Journals and currently some papers are under review process. He has also reviewed many research papers for SCI Scopus Journals like Journal of Applied Physics (American Institute of Physics Publications) and also a reviewer of Materials today Proceedings (Elsevier Publications). He has attended many National and International Conferences on different fields in physics and presented papers on advanced materials. He has particular interest in Quantum Theoretical aspects in Astrophysics and Cosmology where he focuses on alternative perspectives on Quantum Black Holes especially on Hawking’s Black Hole Radiation. Apart from scientific research he has interest in his childhood hobby of writing poems, drama and critical essays on various fields.”
